Addison – MWC completed multiple projects at the Tollway Center totaling over 35,000 SF. These projects included multiple spec suites, lobby renovations, tenant improvements and corridor upgrade. We were able to phase construction to minimize disruption to the building operations while maintaining clean and sanitary work environments. Some upgrades of the common areas were completed during the beginning of COVID and MWC implemented many precautions to keep workers safe and had ZERO downtime from COVID-related illness.
